A Judge is a key element in the trial. In fact he was identical to the court itself. Similarly, the decision of the court identified with the judge's decision. Therefore, law enforcement and justice lies in the ability of judges in formulating decisions that reflect fairness. With regard to the duties and functions of the judge, in this case the trial judge Religion in Indonesia, which is one element of the law enforcement component directly involved with the legal process will be faced with a dilemma problem. Learning mechanism based on character building is structured in inter-effecting three phases of learning; planning, engagement and evaluation. Lesson plan based on character development comprised of various aspects related with the educational system elected by particular school or madrasah. Not been much found a study evaluating the comparative-integrative among one religion to another religion related regulation of marriage are sourced directly from the scriptures respective religion, in particular Islam and Christianity. This is to give a balanced understanding and response to gender issues, social inequality relation of husband and wife is exhaled by Western scholars-Christians who are quite a lot of cornering the teachings of Islam. Starting from this idea authors conducted research using descriptive-analytic method to then compare giving rise similarities and differences to material for further research. Determination holiday in Indonesia always interesting to follow because always ended on absence of power force by government in bringing together the determination method holiday, punctuality holiday as well as the implementation of the holiday. Though fiqh legitimizes power forcefully of the government for not invite sinners, in the corridors mas?lah?ah and related issues for the people. Fiqh escorted through governments or that emerges from government in level of history more effectively and show government authority as fiqh dug by khulafâ’ al-râshidûn. Then it becomes interesting if the determination holidays in Indonesia viewed from perspective fiqh sect government. Through the model of content analysis interactif and with the document literature found two conclusions that perspective fiqh sect government (1) The Indonesian government has full authority to set the time and method of determining holiday with a model of collective diligence, in the sense chose a method of determining holiday and time holiday with representatives of community organizations. And (2) government decree through collective diligence on holiday must be obeyed and have binding force against Muslims in Indonesia.

A Bedouin Arab tribes until the now famous eloquent, beautiful Arabic language and literature, believed the Umayyad Caliphs to teach Arabic in young people by sending them to their home villages later appeared term badawî, which is a special place to teach Arabic being taught directly by the Bedouin. From the statement, researchers interested in analyzing the lives of Bedouin Arabs who still lumpy his Arabization (culture of the Arabs in the fushâ Arabic language and cultural). How curriculum is learning Arabic that is used by the Bedouins? And how Arabic language teaching methodology used by the Bedouins? This type of research is a library research, note at that time in the Bedouin community is not familiar with the term curriculum and methodology in education, only from the various references i have found and writers associated with the current education there are some similarities. So the authors concluded several curriculum used by the Bedouin community in the teaching of Arabic fushâ is al-ta’wîd (habituation), bî’ah lughawiyah (language environment), and advice. While the methodology is in the form of al-rih?lah (travel search teachers), al-istimâ’ (hearing), al-kalâm (oral communication), and al-kitâbah (write science that has been studied).

Instructions Qur’an about inheritance was so standard and tawqîfiyat. But there is still very limited and in the form of global instructions. The designation rules in global situation give open space to make ijtihâd. In the case of the mother part being with father and one of husband or wife has never happened in the past Apostles led to ‘Umar bin Khat?t?âb as caliph must make ijtihâd to give answers to completion. With this decision the mother part can be solved by maintaining the scale of two proportionate one for men and women by directing the understanding that the third part of mother on the condition it is third the rest of the treasure, not a third of the entire inheritance. However, when position of the father is not there, while his grandfather still exist and replace father in inheritance mother still get a piece a third of the inheritance because his grandfather is not equal to mother in inheritance. Part mother third of remainder having taken part husband in the case of above is to give the rule of law and consequences on the part of father become third though referred to inherit the remainder.
